PatientFi is a Fintech company that simplifies practices to remove the cost barrier for elective treatments with monthly payment plans. With PatientFi, patients can get what they want today and then pay for it over time with a wallet-friendly monthly plan without any hidden fees.
As the Principal UI/UX Designer for PatientFi, I was responsible for the complete design and user experience from beginning to end. The customer journey started when the prospective borrower applied for a loan and continued all the way to the provider managing the loan. I also created and maintained the design system for the platform to ensure flawless implementation by developers.
